所以瓦楞紙板品質(zhì)較差時，應(yīng)選用厚度較厚、硬度較低的版材；瓦楞紙品質(zhì)較好、需印刷小字、網(wǎng)線版時，應(yīng)選擇肖氏硬度為35 -45的薄版。

Therefore, when the quality of corrugated board is poor, the plate with thicker thickness and lower hardness should be selected; when the quality of corrugated paper is good, small characters and screen plate need to be printed, the thin plate with shore hardness of 35-45 should be selected.

實踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)，同一印版在不同的印速時，印跡的虛實也不同。其規(guī)律是在同等條件下，印速高時印跡顯得較實，反之，則較虛。原因是柔印版的彈性形變和受力時間成正比，所以同塊版在低速印刷時彈性形變較高速時大。
